QPAC's Lyric Theatre has strict lockout — once the show begins, latecomers may not be admitted until interval. Here's how to plan your evening so you enjoy both dinner and every note of the performance:

The best pre-show meal is satisfying without being heavy — you want to enjoy the performance, not be digesting through act two. Anastasia is a long show with an interval, so pace yourself. These dishes work perfectly before an evening at the Lyric Theatre:
For the non-seafood person in the group: our eye fillet steak is consistently our best-executed meat dish. Arrive at 6pm, order by 6:15, and you're at the Lyric Theatre by 7:45 — with time to find your seat and order a drink at interval.
Sage Yellowfin on Little Stanley Street is 160 metres from the QPAC Lyric Theatre — a 2-minute flat walk. We specialise in pre-show dining and time your service around your curtain call. Book by 6pm for 8pm performances.
Book for 6:00pm for an 8:00pm show — two comfortable courses and a drink, with time to walk to QPAC. For three courses, arrive at 5:30pm. For matinee shows, book for 12:00pm. Always mention your show time when booking.
Sage Yellowfin is at 24/164 Little Stanley Street, South Bank — approximately 160 metres from the QPAC Lyric Theatre entrance. It is a flat, well-lit 2-minute walk along Little Stanley Street.
