Show just ended? We're still open. Oysters, wine and late-night dining — the only place still shucking after the standing ovation.
After a QPAC performance, most restaurants in South Bank are closed or last orders have been called. We stay open. The kitchen runs until 10:30pm on show nights — oysters, wine, light dishes and the full bar.
Most people who go to QPAC either eat before or go straight home. The interval gin and tonic doesn't really count as dinner. The walk back up Little Stanley Street after a show, past a restaurant that's still warm and lit and shucking oysters — that's a different decision.
No reservation needed after a show — just walk in. On busy show nights we recommend calling ahead or WhatsApping us as the finale runs, so your table is ready when you arrive.
Book ahead for show nights or WhatsApp us as the finale runs — we'll have a table ready. 24/164 Little Stanley Street, 2 minutes from QPAC.
Yes — we stay open until 11pm on show nights, with the kitchen running until 10:30pm. Most South Bank restaurants stop taking orders at 9 or 9:30pm. We specifically stay open later on show nights to serve the post-show crowd.
Walk-ins are welcome after shows, but on busy show nights we recommend calling ahead or WhatsApping us as the final act runs — we'll have a table ready when you arrive. Two minutes walk from QPAC.
The full menu is available until 10:30pm. After 9pm on show nights we offer the Recovery Dozen — a dozen fresh oysters with a glass of bubbles at $39. Light seafood plates, desserts and the full bar are all available.
Bar service runs until 11pm on show nights. Full cocktail menu, wine list and craft beers. The right place to extend a good evening after a QPAC performance.
